From the problem to a solution
CRM implementation and sales processes
When leads get lost, CRM becomes a notebook and every deal needs manual supervision, it is worth examining the process behind the system.
Discuss CRM and salesI configure CRM around the team's work, from the first enquiry to the deal outcome. The aim is clear ownership, shared rules and data that helps manage sales.
Situations we can address
Installing CRM does not determine who replies, when a proposal is followed up or how work passes to a colleague. Those rules need to reflect what employees actually do.
- Forms, calls and messages arrive in separate places.
- Enquiries have no owner or next action.
- CRM stages do not reflect the actual sales process.
- Leadership compiles reports manually and cannot see why deals stalled.
Define the process before configuring the system
I review enquiry handling, sales and work between departments. We use that picture to define stages, required data, assignment rules and handovers.
If CRM is already in use, we assess what can be improved within it. Moving to another platform is not a required part of the project.
- A map of how enquiries and deals progress.
- Owners and handover rules between people or departments.
- Conditions for moving stages and closing deals.
- Tasks, notifications and reports that support the process.
What implementation can include
I work with Zoho CRM, Bitrix24 and amoCRM / Kommo. Integrations depend on the platform, available APIs and your existing services. We check feasibility before agreeing implementation.
- Connecting enquiry sources and configuring pipelines.
- Automatic lead routing, tasks and notifications.
- Connecting CRM to forms, telephony, messaging and reporting.
- Documenting rules and helping the team adopt them.
How we check readiness
We check agreed scenarios: where an enquiry came from, who received it, which data was retained and what happens when its owner or stage changes. Exceptions matter too: duplicate records, staff absence and transfer errors.
The team receives the agreed process and working rules. Measures can include record completeness, unassigned enquiries, first-response time and progress through stages. The choice depends on the original task.
What helps estimate the project
Tell me which CRM you use, how many teams work in it, where enquiries originate and which operations are manual. After reviewing this, we agree configuration, integrations, training and support.
Project experience
Each case identifies the task, work delivered, my role and the context behind the outcome.

Before we start
Can you improve our existing CRM?
Yes. We first assess its structure, limitations and team usage. If the task can be solved in the current system, migration is unnecessary.
Do you help train employees?
Helping the team adopt the process is part of this service area. Specific sessions, materials and support are defined in the project scope.
Will CRM fix low sales?
It helps organise work and make activity visible. If the cause is demand, the offering or acquisition quality, CRM configuration alone will not resolve it.
